Free Delivery.....We've launched with Doorstep  Delivery to promote community health, safety and accessibility amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to safeguard you by providing free delivery service.

We have initiated very flexible delivery options to make it easy for you. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation and your Geiger Farms Family Friend will reach out to schedule the delivery in person.

We safely deliver greater Edmonton , Westlock and Athabasca area and ship the meat products in a insulated delivery bag's to ensure your meat remains frozen during shipping.

In every case, we make sure the method used works for you and all of this is at NO ADDITIONAL COST. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Geiger Farms Limited, our guarantee is our word. If you're not completely satisfied with every product you purchase from us, we will replace it or give you your money back.

We're confident that our products will meet your high expectations. But if there is ever an instance we don't live up to your standards, we want to know about it. Please come back and tell us, and we will correct any problem to prevent it from happening again.

Our return policy was never intended for customers to return products that they decide they no longer need. 

If you have determined that you have purchased more Geiger Farms Limited products than you need during this time of uncertainly, we ask that you instead keep those products for a later time or share them with your family and friends. Remember, our frozen food products have a long shelf-life and do not perish quickly.

When one of our products is returned, it cannot be resold so must be destroyed due to food safety reasons. 
 
So, we ask that our customers please carefully consider the food waste that unnecessary returns will create, especially at a time like this.
