Striploin steak is an amazing steak that has it ALL! It's tender, juicy, and well marbled. It has a great beef flavour and is perfectly marbled for those that desire a tasty steak but dont want the extra marbling that the rib steak has. 
 
Packages have two steaks per package and each steak is roughly 9oz.
