Sirloin steak is a deliciously lean steak that has the least amount of marbling in the Geiger Farms steak selection. Don't let the smaller amount of marbling discourage you though - this is still a great, tasty steak that is a favourite of several family members!
 
The sirloin steak comes in approximately 2lb packages and is great for cutting into smaller portions to feed several people.
